Education Loans for Nursing Students

The Act Education Loan Programs are available to both undergraduate and graduate students in nursing degree programs. The programs do require applicants have adequate credit and a co-signer. Funds from the nursing education loans are provided by our lending partners. You may borrow up to the total cost of your education to cover all educational expenses, including lab fees. Check with your financial aid office to verify your eligibility.

Online Nursing Degrees

Depending on your education level you may hold one of several roles within the nursing profession. RN, LPN or LVN, BSN, MSN, DNP or post-master's certificates are available online. Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) programs are typically completed within one year. Registered Nurse (RN) online programs can take between two and four years (associate's or bachelor's degree). Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is a four year academic degree. A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), both online education and traditional, require additional studies.
